How can you champion low-end food?
Colon Magazine is very close to the hearts of creators Mitchell Nabata and Ben Gough. Lovers food, both from "top-ten" lists, and "must avoid" lists. If food is an experience, it must therefore be experienced and at its best, its worst, and everything in between. However, low-end food was woefully misrepresented in food media. The two set out to elevate shitty food design while still maintaining the crass je-ne-sais-quois that really makes low-end dining tick.
