Ice cream is everywhere. There are big box creameries that sacrifice quality for affordability. There are craft operations that do the opposite. There are lactose-free alternatives. There are sorbets. There are both conservatively Italian and wildly outrageous Gelatos. Cream&Sugar was certain they had a great-tasting product—built around simplicity and honesty—but they wanted to differentiate themselves by focussing on the emotional space that ice cream occupies in our hearts.
